Your energy replenishes gradually over time, ensuring that you always have the fuel to fuel your journey. Every 6 hours, your energy receives a boost, restoring 25% of your total energy capacity. This process continues until you reach the Energy Cap, which represents the maximum energy you can possess per day based on your sneaker quality and quantity.
Starting Energy and Caps:
When you begin your Grinstep journey with a single Common Sneaker, you'll be equipped with one Sneaker and 2 Energy Caps. These Energy Caps determine the initial limit of your energy reserves. However, don't fret! You have the power to expand your maximum energy by acquiring more Sneakers. Each Sneaker you hold contributes to your energy capacity, granting you the strength to push further.

To determine your maximum energy, we'll perform a calculation based on the number and quality of your Sneakers. Brace yourself for the formula:
